Where exactly is the hotel located?: At 11 Avenida san Ignacio, on the corner with Plaza Principe de Viana, in the centre of the city.; Just 200 metres from the hotel you will find the old part of the city, with the cathedral, Navarra Museum and the famous calle Estafeta, along which bull runs take place during the San Fermin festival.
What are the arrival and departure times in the hotel?: The rooms can be occupied up to 12:00 (midday), as long as the hotel occupancy permits it.; You can leave the rooms at 15:00 at the latest, always upon request and as long as the hotel occupancy permits it.
Can I choose two beds or a double bed in my room?: It is only dependent on the hotel's availability. Don't forget to specify when making your booking.
How can I book a triple or quadruple room?: The hotel has 3 triple rooms and one quadruple room.
Is your hotel adapted for disabled people?: No.
Are there rooms for smokers or non-smokers?: Yes, we ask you specify your preference when making your booking.

How many languages do they speak at Reception?: Spanish, English, French, Italian.
How many floors are there?: The hotel has five floors. If you have any preference please specify when making your booking.
Is there air-conditioning in the rooms?: Yes.
Can you take care of my luggage when I leave the room?: Yes, on the ground floor you will find our left luggage.
Where can I park?: You will need to go to the hotel with your car first and park in our area reserved for loading/unloading luggage (maximum 20 minutes). Then, check-in and we will then direct you to a public car park, just three blocks from the hotel, or provide you with the times of the Zona Azul (Blue parking zone).
Is there any Internet point? And Wifi connection?: In the lounge at reception on the ground floor we have a computer which our guests can use for free.; We also offer free WiFi throughout the hotel.
